Single walled tanks are transformed into double wall tanks on site. There is no need for projects, permits, building works, stoppage times resulting in lost profits.

A leak detection system is installed which informs and emits a visible and/or audible signal in the event of entry/leak of fluid in the interstitial chamber, constituting a permanent control and protection system of the tank. It prevents subsoil contamination.

One of the main problems Service Stations face is water entry due to rain or perforations in the underground tank. This mechanism completely solves this difficulty, preventing petrol stations from suffering large losses and the potential mistrust of their customers. It is the only device that really prevents accidentally putting water in cars.

Unlike other manhole covers on the market, these are fully watertight, they prevent liquids, gases and odours from leaking. They are installed easily and have an anti-theft security lock. They are resistant to corrosion, they do not emit noise or vibrations and are slip-resistant. The only manhole covers that are truly built to withstand 40 tonnes, as required by legislation and national and international regulations.

Regulating or managing bad practice regarding tanks that are in disuse or that are going to be removed from service. The advantage of our inertisation foam is its capacity to absorb the hydrocarbons that may be released in the event of a leak, it enables the entire volume of the tanks to be filled, it is extraordinarily lightweight with a high compressive strength and can be removed if, after a few years, you want to enable the use of the tank again.

Nothing is so important, or so urgent, that it cannot be done safely. For this reason, Rafibra developed real-time “Telesupervision” images on any system in the world.

The overfill warning post enables managers to have a greater control of the inventory, without losses of fuel and without damaging the system due to excess pressure. It removes the risk of environmental pollution.

This service in particular is one of the latest developed by the R+D+I team, it enables a tank to be divided into two «in situ», if it is too big or if it needs to be used by two types of fuel.
